Schedule a consult with the Nurse Practitioner, during that consultation, a History and Physical will be performed to ensure you are a candidate for the program, if you are, the medication will be ordered, directions for use will be explained to ensure proper use of the medication and to ensure the maximum amount of weight loss can be acheived. Patients will be scheduled once a month for a weigh in and be able to discuss challenges etc.
